If I am inserting an image, When I click "send it to the server" nothing happens

Some browsers do not react properly when using the upload tab on the insert picture dialog box. When this happens they sometimes also fail to show the "Browse" button.  In this case you simply close out ot the dialog box and click the insert picture button again.  This time the "Browse" button will appear and when you click that you will see all the images on the server.  At the bottom of this dialog box, there will be  another method you can use to upload an image.  Cloick on the "Choose file" button and continue the upload there.
